Project Description:

After the succesful implementation of NEOF's business model in early 2005, BEOF is currently working with the Pharr Housing Authority to develop a Hawthorne Suites Hotel franchise. This is an excellent example of the NEOF's community development concept: as BEOF grows, it can begin to expand beyond Laredo and into the Rio Grande Valley, where it can eventually create satellite enitities under its own umbrella.
